I spent some great nights in here in 1990. I revisited in 2003, it wasn’t the same, BUT…. to my astonishment Graham Taylor, (Ex England manager)was holding court in the bar On the ground floor.
He didn’t get as much stick as I thought he would.
Had an amazing sexual encounter here too, but that’s another story….
No, nothing to do with Graham Taylor.

Used to drink in here as a student in the 90’s – nice place. Downstairs was noisy and quite often full. Picked up a girl there and dated her for a few weeks! Halcyon days:). Haven’t lived in Glasgow since 2007 – but I believe it has changed.

I worked there after I graduated from 1991 to 1992. Great times with the cultural capital letting us have late opening. When the boss wasn’t there (Shona) we put on some great sounds. Chris my other boss was the best boss ever! What a great time to live in Glasgow! Some great shut-ins too!
