This great 70s bar became known as Flares.

Now Called Huggy Bears. 

Other names this great pub has been known as Retrospect 2008 to 2012. Bajo 2014, Fluxx 2016, Bay Horse 2018 to 2021.

The Bay Horse is now completely Demolished after a mysterious fire that ripped through the entire building.

Facts…
The Bay Horse closed down at the end of 2004 after a flood from the tenement above. After a few months the tenement was mysteriously set on fire resulting in the entire building being demolished. In the last few years mysterious fire have destroyed many of our Glasgow pubs.
This old pub was once known as the Era Vaults, occupied by wine & spirit Merchant John McCall.
In 1906 this old pub was known as the “Clydesdale” Bar.
