Has been closed down now for some time. The locals were so happy about the closure of the Lizzy Lodge, many complained about drunks messing up gardens knocking over plants and even urinating in private gardens.
Is Lizzy still standing or has it been demolished? My mother-in-law grew up in that house and she wants to know what has happened to it.
It was demolished. Site is still empty. Had some good nights in the Lizzy back in the 90’s.
