96-96a Maxwell Street, Glasgow. G1 4EQ. Closed.

Charlie Parker’s. 1990s.

Charlie Parker’s in Maxwell Street was short lived compared with the original Charlie Parker’s in Exchange Square.

This pub changed it’s name to the Firework Factory.

Firework Factory. 1990s.

Update…2012.

I passed Maxwell Street today and noticed that this place had a name change “Forbidden” a Gentlemen’s Club, a facility for men with strippers, I say no more.

Forbidden. 2012.

Fury Murrys a fantastic nightclub was situated next door to Charlie Parker’s.

Fury Murrys.

Do you remember this Venue? If so please leave a comment.
