The Park Bar. 1991.

There has been a public house on this site since 1873, landlord William Barclay transferred the licence to John Chisholm in 1880. At that time Mr Chisholm was residing in Kelvinhaugh Street with his wife Jessie and a family of 3 sons and a daughter, also living at their home was John’s mother-in-law Janet who was formerly a provision’s merchant in Inverness.
