French for Station. This former railway station was designed by architect J J Burnet, he purposely built the station to look like a west end villa so that it didn’t stand out like a sore thumb, as all the wealthy people lived out in this part of the west end.

James Crawford MacFarlane of the Victoria Bar, Govan in 1964, was married at the Mosspark Parish Church, March 28th 1950 to Miss Margaret Prentice Walker, daughter of Mr & Mrs Walker, Corkerhill Road, the reception was held at the Rhul, Sauchiehall Street.
